sqlbindchar allocating parameter

i m using db2 content manager portlet 3.1 in websphere portal 6 when i try to import documents than this error came
" in SQLBindChar allocating parameter size = 10485770 "
when i restart portal this error resolved, but after some time this error came again can anyone help me out.
